How royalties are processed, what the platform covers, and how you get paid.
Master recording royalties
The JustJoJo Distro platform handles master recording royalties with great ease and automation. The platform provides end-to-end visibility of your reported earnings and daily trending in one unified dashboard — and you can share only what you want with your team, stakeholders and artists.
We currently do not process royalty processing for publishing.
Mechanical royalties
Yes, we process mechanical reporting with our platform in the following ways:
- Indicate the mechanical amounts due on each payee statement.
- Provide a master mechanical report showing all amounts due by each payee (but not the splits of those dues to the individual writers/publishers).
Statements
- Statements are issued on the 1st of every month — no exceptions.
- Your statement will include streams/downloads from many different prior months, as DSPs report with a 60–90 day lag.
- The statement's detail page lets you see exactly which DSPs were included, and you can filter by reporting month and DSP.
Payout policy
JustJoJo Distro will payout funds within 30 days of receipt of funds from DSPs or Merlin. For example, funds received up to October 31 are reported in JustJoJo Distro's November statement.

We currently pay via:

- Bank transfer (UK, EU and USA)
- DT&T (international transfer)
We are currently exploring additional payment gateways for the future.
Automated revenue report imports
We have integrations to automatically import revenue reports from:
- Amazon
- Deezer
- Google Play
- iTunes / Apple Music
- Spotify
- All Merlin reports
Trends available for
- iTunes
- iTunes Match
- Apple Music

- Soundcloud
YouTube, UMA and Pandora are next to be integrated.
Historical adjustments
There are times when DSPs discover missed transactions months or years later. The DSP will then issue an adjustment report (and payment) for these transactions. When JustJoJo Distro receives historical reports and funds, we include those in your statement — reflected in the Transaction Date column of the detailed transactions section.
